Rank Descriptions Guide

School Security, Office Secretary, Nurse, Guidance Counselor, and Teaching Aides

• Staff members responsible for supporting daily campus operations.
• Responsibilities include maintaining safety, managing their respective stations, assisting primary educators, and addressing student needs.
• To be promoted, staff members must be noticed by a Vice Director or Director inside or outside of a school session.

Substitute Teacher

• Staff members who have been recognized by a Vice Director or Director.
• Responsibilities include maintaining classroom order, managing student behavior, and ensuring smooth school operations.
• Granted access to moderator commands and are expected to hide their commands and use them responsibly.
• To be promoted, staff members must be recognized by a Vice Director or Director inside or outside of a school session.

Core Teacher

• Staff members who have been recognized by a Vice Director or Director.
• Responsibilities include leading classroom lessons, keeping instruction educational and appropriate, and managing student behavior.
• Granted access to moderator commands and are expected to hide their commands and use them responsibly.
• To be promoted, staff members must be recognized by a Vice Director or Director inside or outside of a school session.

Elective Teacher

• Staff members who have been recognized by a Vice Director or Director.
• Responsibilities include leading specialized subject lessons, maintaining classroom order, and assisting students.
• Granted access to moderator commands and are expected to hide their commands and use them responsibly.
• To be promoted, staff members must be recognized by a Vice Director or Director inside or outside of a school session.

School Administrator

• Staff members who have been recognized by a Vice Director or Director.
• Responsible for various high-level tasks, including supervising school operations to ensure smooth functioning, handling student discipline, banning rule violators on campus, and hosting school sessions.
• Granted access to admin commands and are expected to hide their commands and use them responsibly.
• This is the highest attainable rank, this rank indicates that a staff member has shown exemplary behavior in order to receive this promotion.

Vice Director

• Staff members responsible for executive-level management, including supervising operations, approving suspensions or permanent bans, reviewing account recovery and rank transfer requests, hosting and ranking at sessions, and conducting official investigations.
• This rank is not attainable through standard promotions.

Director

• Staff members responsible for the oversight of Golden Glades Middle School, including establishing policies, overseeing investigations, determining final promotion and demotion actions, and managing the leadership team.
• This rank is not attainable through standard promotions.
